Home Office Call Center Customer Representative

We are a Florida based Mobile Phone Repair company and we are looking for staff to work in our call center Full time from their home.
Excellent level of English both spoken and written language required.
Proof of English level with a English proficiency test is preferable.(ielts , toefl etc.)
Skills Required:
· At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role
· Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
· Basic IT / Computer Skills
· Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
· Having great attention to detail and accurate recording of information
· Being able to work with the team and also independently
Job Description:
· Answer and route incoming calls
· Dispatch Jobs to Technicians
· Track Technicians to make sure they are arriving on time to appointments.
· Solve problems with technicians and customers
· Seize opportunities to upsell products / services when they arise
We work on night shifts (Turkish time) therefore we need people who are flexible in working hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13,500.00TRY - 15,000.00TRY per month
